Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Our goal is to process all orders in a timely fashion. We are a print-on-demand business. Your order is customized and we rely on third-party vendors. Orders are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days. (Bats may be processed and ship sooner depending on availability and processing.)  Bat orders will have separate shipping charges and will be shipped separately due to their size and specialized packaging. Please note that for any order processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotional events, weather events, and/or product availability. 

 

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and/or special handling fees.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Economy Shipping on orders over $150.00 for U.S. only. (5 - 8 business days) *Please note that bats do not qualify for the free shipping promotion.
  • USPS Ground Advantage (2 – 5 business days) Calculated at checkout.

 

Bat Shipping:

  • Bats do not qualify for free shipping promotions due to their size and specialized packaging and will be charged separately.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: (2 – 5 business days) Calculated at checkout.

 

Return Shipping:

  • If you selected Checkout+ at checkout - Return Shipping is free.  

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
