Return & Exchange Policy

At Big Wood Baseball we strive to achieve customer satisfaction! Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions and processes. 

 

How do I return a product?
We provide you with a user-friendly portal called “Easy Returns” to return products and track them effortlessly. Please include your original order number and follow the portal instructions within Easy Returns.

All items to be returned must be unworn, unused, free of smells and packaged properly to be eligible for return. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer unless you purchase free returns with Checkout+.

 

What is Checkout+?
Shop with confidence knowing that your purchases are protected every step of the way.  If Checkout+ is selected and Free Returns are purchased at the time of checkout then return shipping is free. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

What is the exchange policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size/item is received, customers have 14 days from delivery to initiate an exchange. Please email us with your order number, detailing the issue with quality pictures, at info@bigwoodbaseball.com to expedite assistance.

 

Sale Items:
All items purchased from the Sale Collection are not eligible for return. However, if a sale item is defective or the wrong item is received, an exchange will be provided.

 

Wood Bats:
Bats must be unused, damage free and packaged properly to be eligible for returns.
