Important Clothing Care Tip:
To ensure the best, longest-lasting print quality, please wash your garment inside out in cold water before wearing. This also removes any scent or pre-treatment residue from the eco-friendly printing process.
When Will My Order Ship?
Please note that most of our items are made to order. Once your order is finalized, items are usually created within 5 – 7 business days, then shipped out.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is ready for delivery, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address included at purchase. You can track your shipment to see the delivery status.
How Does Shipping Work?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight, destination, and/or special handling fees. (Please see Shipping policy for further details.)
What is the Return Policy?
Customers have 30 days from purchase to initiate a return. Please utilize the Easy Return portal.
All items to be returned must be unworn, unused, free of smells and packaged properly to be eligible for return. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Checkout+ is purchased during the checkout process.
What is Checkout+?
Shop with confidence knowing that your purchases are protected every step of the way. If Checkout+ is selected and Free Returns are purchased at the time of checkout then return shipping is free. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
What is the Exchange Policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong size/item is received, customers have 14 days from delivery to initiate an exchange. Please email us with your order number, detailing the issue, with quality pictures, at info@bigwoodbaseball.com to expedite assistance.
Sale Items
All items purchased from the Sale Collection are not eligible for return. However, if a sale item is defective or the wrong item is received, an exchange will be provided.
Do You Have Sizing Charts?
You can find our sizing charts for most apparel items.
Wood Bats Returns & Shipping?
Bats must be unused, damage free and packaged properly to be eligible for returns. Bats are not eligible for free shipping promotions due to their size and specialized packaging and will be charged separately from apparel purchases.
